A. GENERAL OVERVIEW

IndusAstro is a platform owned and operated by GenFix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “GTPL,” “IndusAstro,” “We,” “Us,” “Our,” “IndusAstro Application,” “Website,” or “Websites”). The following document outlines the terms and conditions of use, which will hereinafter be referred to as the “Terms of Use.” These Terms of Use have been carefully formulated by GTPL to clearly define and communicate to the user (referred to as “Member,” “You,” “Your,” “His,” “Her”) their rights, obligations, responsibilities, and potential risks associated with utilising the astrological services provided by IndusAstro. These services include, but are not limited to, the purchase of astrological products, such as gemstones, as well as services delivered through IndusAstro's websites, mobile applications, AI-based interactive bots, and partnerships with GTPL’s affiliated partners. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, a legally binding agreement is established between the user and GTPL.

B. SERVICE DELIVERY AND REFUND
  • Electronic Delivery: Reports shall be delivered electronically using Web Browser link to the designated email address or WhatsApp number specified by the Customer or in the Mobile Application within a timeframe of three working days, subject to the normal business operations of GTPL. Reports shall be considered delivered by GTPL if provided through any one of the aforementioned formats or mediums.

  • Hard Copy Dispatch: Reports shall be dispatched via postal services to the address specified by the Customer, with an estimated delivery time frame of 5 to 7 working days, if requested by the user and on payment of required fees as may be demanded by GTPL. GTPL shall not be liable for any delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to disruptions in postal services, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Please note that GTPL does not currently provide international delivery services.

  • Refund: Refunds shall not be entertained where the user has provided incorrect birth details or name. Refunds shall not be entertained where the user has purchased incorrect services or products on the GTPL Portals. Refunds shall not be entertained for reports that have already been generated and dispatched to the user (Purchaser). In the event that a report contains an error or defect attributable to GTPL, GTPL shall, upon receipt of a written complaint by the User (Purchaser) to the GTPL Support Team, promptly correct and re-transmit the report to the Purchaser. GTPL's liability for any errors or defects in reports shall be limited to the correction of such errors or defects. Under no circumstances shall GTPL be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from such errors or defects. In the event that the purchaser does not receive the reports within the time-frame specified above, GTPL shall initiate a refund utilizing the same payment method originally used by the purchaser. This refund will be processed within a period of three working days following confirmation of the complaint submitted by the purchaser. The refund amount shall be the total purchase price of the specific report that was not delivered to the purchaser. GTPL shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, nor shall it be responsible for any additional costs or expenses arising from the non-delivery or delayed delivery of the report.
