• Refunds are not provided for incorrect birth details or name provided by the user. It isthe responsibility of the user to ensure that all provided information is accurate and complete.

• Refunds are not available for services or products purchased incorrectly through the IndusAstro portals. Users are encouraged to carefully review their selections before completing their purchase.

• Refunds are not granted for reports that have already been generated and dispatched to the user.

2. Errors in Reports

• In the event that a report contains an error or defect attributable to IndusAstro, the user must submit a written complaint to the IndusAstro Support Team.

• Upon receipt of such a complaint, IndusAstro will promptly correct the error or defect and re-transmit the corrected report to the user.

• IndusAstro’s liability for any errors or defects in reports is limited to the correction of such errors or defects. We are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from such errors or defects.

3. Non-Delivery of Reports

• If the user does not receive the reports within the specified timeframe, they should contact IndusAstro Support Team to initiate a refund.

• Refunds for non-delivery will be processed using the same payment method originally used by the user.

• The refund will be issued within three working days following confirmation of the complaint.

• The refund amount will be equal to the total purchase price of the specific report that was not delivered.

• IndusAstro is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, and is not responsible for any additional costs or expenses arising from the non-delivery or delayed delivery of the report.
